Sky and Sea Land is a registered Moroccan company. All our guides, drivers, and customer support staff are official and licensed. Our vehicles are fully insured, clean, and regularly maintained.
By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
For tours and day trips, bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance.
For activities and airport transfers, we accept last-minute bookings.
For event services (weddings, anniversaries, corporate events), we require full event details by email in advance. A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking — we will send you a secure payment link.
For all other services, no prepayment is required. You pay directly to the driver, by cash or card upon meeting.
We apply no cancellation fees for standard services.
For event services, deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
In the case of bad weather, cancellation is not accepted. You may postpone or choose to continue the activity as planned.
While we do our best to respect all scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, delays may occur due to Marrakech traffic or road conditions.
We are not liable for lost items, but:
For private tours or transfers, our drivers check the vehicle after every trip.
In shared group tours, we are not responsible for lost belongings due to the number of participants.
We collect limited personal information (name, phone number, email, and address) strictly to:
Contact you in case of delays or no-shows
Send pick-up details or tour programs
We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
Children and pets are welcome on board, as long as they are supervised.
Please note: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
